See the painter drawing the landscape. The canvas still has lots of white. Empty space for the master to work. The lines are ruff, the colors clash. Let's watch as time under the creators care brings it to life. Smoothing the coarse lines. Gently caressing the canvas with the brush. Adding just the right touches for hours. As time passes it begins to look just like the water with it's white caps, the sand and footprints.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
This story is a perfect example of how one person was walking in the flesh and one person was walking in the spirit.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Forgiving him completely and immediately because she understood this man was being led by our enemy.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
What he took from you was of the flesh.
He didn't touch your soul.
Your inner most being.
This part of you is wanting to be set free from these walls you've built around it.
But we gotta choose to kick that fear to the curb.
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Slowly we'll start to remove those bricks and allow the Son-shine in.
It's time to move forward, letting go of the past.
Whoaaaaa ... Look the sun is beginning to break through the clouds. Golden rays of sunlight gleaming off the water. Almost blinding in it's brightness off the sparkling water. The child inside wants to come out and play sooooooo bad. Who is this child inside I keep speaking of?
This is God's child ...
But as many as received Him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
We must restore that childlike Faith!
Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
The inner child didn't do anything to deserve to be kept captive behind those walls you've built for ever.

I know ... I know ...
Maybe you didn't scream or fight off your attacker. Maybe you knew better than to be where you were knowing this world is a dangerous place and we should avoid placing ourselves in circumstances which are dangerous. Maybe you wore inappropriate clothing or were flirting around and it went too far.
Maybe you even feel that you did have a part in it or even feel responsible ...
For Those Who Do Feel Guilt ...
I want to share scripture with you from the Bible. You may of read this before.
Read it this time as if you are the woman and God is speaking about you and to you.
1 ... but Jesus went to the Mount of Olives.
2 At dawn He appeared again in the temple courts, where
all the people gathered around Him, and He sat down to teach them.
3 The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a
woman caught in adultery.
Now I know you may have not committed adultery.
It may just be that you may be feeling some how responsible for what happened to you.
But, I wanna show you someone who did choose to commit a sin, was guilty, brought before Jesus and most importantly ... What He said:
Let's continue with the scripture.
3 They made her stand before the group
4 and said to Jesus, "Teacher, this woman was caught in
the act of adultery.
5 In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now
what do you say?"
6 They were using this question as a trap, in order to
have a basis for accusing Him. But Jesus bent down and started to
write on the ground with His finger.
7 When they kept on questioning Him, He straightened up
and said to them, "Let any one of you who is
without sin be the first to throw a stone at her."
8 Again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.
9 At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time,
the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still
standing there.
10 Jesus straightened up and asked her, "Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?"
11 "No one, sir," she said. "Then
neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared.
"Go now and leave your life of sin."
This woman who Jesus spoke to ... Is her sin lesser than yours?
I think not.
If Christ said this about her, then is He not saying it about you as well?
Is there Healing After Rape?
Controlling Rape Survivors Feelings
Jesus is saying to you that He does not condemn you. Even if you were willing, even if you could of fought, even if you could of said no or screamed, Jesus is willing to forgive.
If Jesus is willing to forgive how much more should we be willing to forgive.
No matter what you may tell yourself, God's forgiveness and Grace are sufficient.
Forgiving yourself sometimes can be the most difficult part. Yet it's so very important.
Holding onto the guilt doesn't pay the cost of your sins.
The only way to pay the price for a sin is an atoning sacrifice.
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
1 John 4:10
This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.
You see God loves you enough to send His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for your sins.
If a loving parent had a child and that child did something that caused himself pain, would you want that child to feel guilty for years and years?
A loving parent wouldn't.
They would run to that child and hold them, cradling them till the pain subsided.
My dear when He looks at you He does not see the sin, He sees His child who He dearly loves.
The one that was worth dying for.
Is that hard to accept?
