The Virtuous Woman
A Recipe
Step 26
Welcome back!
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Vow
My dear friend, let's have a little talk ... Woman to woman. This is
the talk that your mother probably never had with you when you were
going through puberty ... But, she should have.
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Tidbit of Truth ... We're not going to talk about the birds and the bees or the development of a woman, or anything corny or embarrassing, but I'd like to explain some things to you about the amazing creation that you are. You probably know a lot of the facts that I'm about to tell you, but I'd like you to get to know who you are from a spiritual point of view, because the world has taught you the physical aspects and failed to reveal the inner beauty that you may have neglected, forgotten, or may have never known.
First let's review how women were made.
Genesis 2:21-23
21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam,
and he slept: and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh
instead thereof;
22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man,
made He a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh
of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of
Man.
Now, let's go back a little further, because this becomes very interesting.
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He
him; male and female created He them.
However, take a look at this:
Genesis 2:4-7
4 These are the generations of the Heavens and of the
earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the
earth and the Heavens,
5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth,
and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not
caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the
ground.
6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the
whole face of the ground.
7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a
living soul.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Explained
Did you catch that? It appears that God created the plan for mankind,
male and female, but it wasn't until later that He actually gave them
life. It makes sense really ... A blueprint makes sense before the
actual building takes place.
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Point of Interest ... Let's back up again now. While God was 'designing' or creating man
and woman;
Genesis 1:28
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and
multiply, and replenish the Earth, and subdue it: and have dominion
over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over
every living thing that moveth upon the Earth.
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Special Note: There are two things I'd like you to notice in that verse. The first one has absolutely nothing to do with our study, but it is some interesting food for thought. Remember that I told you the Bible is your cookbook and you'd be referring to it often to find new recipes? Well, this is one of those times! Research your Bible. Ask questions. Discover! God told mankind, male and female, to replenish the earth. What does that mean exactly? Doesn't replenish mean to fill up again? I mean in order to replenish the earth, it would have to be "plenished" first, would it not? That's an amazing thing to ponder on! But what I really want you to focus on is that God said to them:
Be Fruitful and Multiply
In God's plan, the male and female are to be fruitful and multiply.
You've heard that phrase a million times, no doubt, but have you ever
really thought about it deeply? God's plan for us was procreation ...
Reproduction ... Or to produce offspring, but at this point, there
was no evil in the world yet. Now ... Look what happens after the
devil beguiles Eve:
Genesis 3:16
Unto the woman He said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and
thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and
thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Hope
Sorrow, is pain. One thing to notice about this is that when you give
in to evil, pain of one form or another is the result. So, ladies,
with this Original Sin stuff, we inherited pain in childbirth and
indeed we (most women) believe we are to experience pain each month
when we don't conceive.
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Truth ... Here's where I want you to open your heart and your mind, because you've probably been taught that every woman gets something called PMS or Pre Menstrual Syndrome every month. Well, your body does go through changes, but the psychological symptoms that women blame on PMS are exactly that ... Psychological (incidentally, that means formed in the mind, not the brain which is physical, but the mind, which is emotional). Depression, mood swings, irritability, emotional sensitivity ... You've got to admit, your period is a great thing to blame all these things on, and we'll talk about that a little more later, but let's get back to the spiritual point of view for now.
Multiply ... You Do the Math
Be fruitful and multiply. If a man and woman had 2 children, would you consider them as being fruitful and multiplying? If each man and woman only had 2 children, they would only be replacing themselves when they die, and the population would never increase. It's simple math. Let me go a step further. Did you notice that God didn't say, Be fruitful and double, or triple. He said, Be fruitful and multiply. The purpose remember, was to replenish the Earth. My friend, the Earth is a big place. Do you know anyone today that doesn't believe that more than 2 children is a large family?
Here's another thing to think about. Why does a woman ovulate every
28 days? Oh, God knew what He was doing. If you married and didn't
conceive the first month, four short weeks later, you had another
chance! God created you to have babies ... And lots of them!
Psalms 127:3-5
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit
of the womb is His reward.
4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are
children of the youth.
5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they
shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the
gate.
Psalms 128:3
Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy
children like olive plants round about thy table.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Plan
People today also believe that having many children weakens a woman's
strength, but the Bible, as you can see, says it's a blessing.
Is it any wonder that there are changes in your emotions and in your
physical body each month that you don't conceive? Let's study that
for a few minutes. Your body knows (though your mind may not) that it
is sorrowing ... Grieving ... Because it didn't conceive the life
that it was supposed to bring into the world to fulfill your Father's
will.
Another Be Fruitful and Multiply Point of Interest ... Think about it. Each time you have a period, it's because your body is in labor, to bring forth (birth) a seed that didn't receive life. If the seed had been given life, the lining of your uterus would not shed, and you would have no period, but when no life is given to the seed, the lining must be "born" without the life that it would have nourished. Of course your body is sorrowing ... Tears of blood. If this seed had conceived and was lost, it is referred to as miscarriage and people think that is sorrowful, but isn't it just as tragic for any seed that God created that isn't conceived? Your body mourns for them every month.
It may seem absolutely preposterous to you, but I'm suggesting that
the Lord's intention was for a woman to conceive, deliver, and when
her ovulation returns, have the opportunity to conceive again ...
Throughout all her childbearing years with her mate. Animals follow
this commandment of God. It's really true what we learned back in
Step 11 ...
Romans 1:18-20
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from Heaven against
all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the Truth in
unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in
them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of
the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are
made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without
excuse:
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Answer
God has made it clear what His will is, and man has no excuse to
claim ignorance. The invisible things of God. The mysteries ...
Are understood by all the rest of creation better than man.
A woman's body is remarkably resilient. If it wasn't capable of
bearing many children, Why would God have made it possible so
frequently?
Let's take a quick Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible field trip ... If you've ever read the books of Chronicles, you'll find that this is how it happened in Biblical times. Big families. Has anyone heard God give a new commandment saying, Stop being fruitful and multiplying? Of course, if the Lord chooses for a woman not to conceive, she will not, but to prevent it of her own accord for convenience, is what the world has chosen to believe is the 'practical' thing to do. I would even go so far as to say that if your 'planned parenthood' is not for medical reasons, any other reason is selfish. Even financially ... Will not God provide? If you believe something, you bring it to pass. If you believe God will provide, He will. Remember, we talked about that way back in Step 1.
Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing,
ye shall receive.
As you may remember, "hope" is today's Virtuous Vitamin. For those
women who are barren, I'd like to encourage you never to give up
hope, because:
Luke 1:37
For with God nothing shall be impossible.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Story
Following are a few examples of women who were once barren, and the
Lord opened their womb. Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible trivia question; Did you know that the wives of Abraham, Isaac
and Jacob were all once barren?
Sarah:
Genesis 11:30
But Sarai was barren; she had no child.
Genesis 21:2
For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the
set time of which God had spoken to him.
Rebekah:
Genesis 25:21
And Isaac entreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren:
and the LORD was entreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
Rachel:
Genesis 29:31
And when the LORD saw that Leah was hated, He opened her womb: but
Rachel was barren.
Genesis 30:22
And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her
womb.
Samson's mother:
Judges 13:2
And there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites,
whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren, and bare not.
Judges 13:3
And the Angel of the LORD appeared unto the woman, and said unto her,
Behold now, thou art barren, and bearest not: but thou shalt
conceive, and bear a son.
Samuel's mother, Hannah:
1 Samuel 1:5-6
5 But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved
Hannah: but the Lord had shut up her womb.
6 And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make
her fret, because the Lord had shut up her womb.
1 Samuel 1:20
Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah
had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel,
saying, Because I have asked him of the LORD.

How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Facts
Psalms:
Psalms 113:9
He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother
of children. Praise ye the LORD.
Isn't hope a wonderful thing! Never give it up!
Let's go back to the topic of menstruation again. During this
process, your body is going through a cleansing, or a purifying. In
the Bible this is referred to as a time of separation, because when
the children of Israel were traveling from Egypt through the
wilderness to the Promised Land, God commanded that the women be put
out of the camp or separated from everyone else during their
'flowers' (menstrual discharges) for seven days. During that time,
they were considered unclean. You can read all about this in
Leviticus 15:19-33. Anyone who even touched a woman during her
'issue' was considered unclean until the evening. So, this time of
separation, which we now refer to as our "period" is actually a time
of cleansing. A shedding of an unfertilized seed, so that a new one
can emerge and the hope of new life begins again. (You may also find
it interesting that a person was considered unclean if they touched a
dead person or the blood of a dead person, so is it presumptuous to
think that God considers non-conception of a seed, a death of sorts?
You decide.)
You would think that there would be some reference in the Bible to any kind of adverse effects a woman should expect to experience during the 'manner of women,' if PMS was really a credible thing. Let's continue on with our How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse voyage and see what we can discover.
Now, you may think, No wonder God put women out of the camp during
that time, because they're practically unfit to live with ... That
may get a chuckle from your girlfriends but is God laughing? Let's
look at the Truth of the matter. In those days, women longed to bear
many children. They cherished the thought of each and every child as
a special blessing from God and they were ashamed if they didn't have many children. Things have sure changed.
Life is a miracle, and you, as a woman are the vessel by which our
Almighty God and Awesome Creator brings it to pass. Procreation is
the term used for it. What better way can you think of to glorify Him
than to allow Him to multiply in His image, through you?
How dare anyone defile the beauty of your womanhood by spreading (or believing, once you know the Truth) the lies that the world teaches about something so miraculous? Your period is not a curse, as so many refer to it. It is a cleansing ... A purification. It doesn't cause you to be crabby or short tempered or rude or moody or anything you may like an excuse for. That is just traditional belief passed down from generation to generation but it is not mentioned in the Bible so it began after that. Let's be real ... What it causes, is for your body to be purified and ready once again for the chance of new life to be created inside of it.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Warning
I have a special challenge for you. The next time you have a thought about how the natural process of the creation of life gives you a right, or a reason to act a certain way or do certain things ... Stop and ask yourself what the Truth really is. Don't use God's wondrous creation as an excuse to be unwomanly.
All of this sheds a different perspective about the lies about PMS
now, doesn't it?
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Reminder ... Physical pain is the only thing that Original Sin added to childbearing. The process itself, obviously was already a part of God's plan for us, being that He created us to be fruitful and multiply. Anything else is what you choose to believe. The devil introduced ideas that women have taken and ran with. They've been taught to you by your mother, who believed them, your friends, who also believed them, television, etc. Women spend one quarter of their lives (7 days per month) believing in the lies that are doing nothing for them except putting distance between them and God. Imagine how the devil laughs at you each time you take his bait.
Did you know that PMS is a term that the world came up with only a few short decades ago? I'd like to ask you a question. When did the women's movement really start escalating? Do the math girls. It's so obvious that the devil is behind all this. I know ... I know you feel the physical pain of your period, but if you've ever had your heart broken did you not feel that too. There is physical as well as mental anguish and pain. But is it real? If you realized and believed that a person who broke your heart was not your soul-mate and you picked yourself up and carried on would there be pain anymore? It is all in the mind. What you believe ... You receive.
Being that we're speaking of the devil, let me give you a little heads up here. You may think that the times of old are over and done with forever, but have you considered what it will be like in the End Times? I only need to give you one little fact and you can let your own imagination take you from there. There won't be any buying, selling, or trading without taking the mark, so you won't be able to obtain things like sanitary napkins, tampons or contraceptives. Do you suppose the incidence of pregnancy won't increase rapidly then, just like it was way back when? What about hygiene during your period ... Will there be running water and feminine wipes and Tylenol available? There may just be a time of separation once again too. (After all, who can come up with a better idea than God?)
Incidentally, there will be many lives lost during the End Times. Do
you believe the world will need to be replenished again then?
Just wanted to give you a couple of little scenarios, because you
don't want to be an easy 'mark' for the devil because of inability to
handle these kind of things. If women don't get a different
perspective on their womanhood, the devil will achieve his goal ...
Sooner or later ... With those who believe his deception.
Let's get back to the purpose of this Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Step ... Learning the marvelous hidden Truths of being a woman. There's yet another fascinating aspect to all of this business that you may have overlooked. Let's go back to the book of Genesis once again.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Danger
Genesis 2:24
Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall
cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
If the man and woman are as one, your soul mate should be just as in
tune with your body and soul as you are ... Hence the term soul
'mate.' He will know your ups and downs. He will detect the slightest
fluctuation of your scent. When you're down, he will be up, to uplift
you, because you are meant to compliment, balance, and complete one
another. He will be sensitive to everything about you.
Attention: Likewise, you are also one with him. When you're
one, you're one in every way, not just when it benefits the woman.
If this is not so between you and your mate, that doesn't mean you're
not soul mates. Chances are it means that the world has persuaded one
or both of you to believe it's lies and in the process, your unity
has weakened.
Speaking of "Soul Mates" ... The theory suggests that one soul was divided, and the two souls from this division were placed on Earth as to see if the two souls could become one again, by overcoming the world with true love. It is obvious that overcoming the world is the hard part. Kind of like when the moon asked the sun "Why is it that I oft times sit in darkness" ... The sun responded, "It is because you let the world come between us" ... It is that armor around our hearts, that causes pride to be our first reaction. However, if it was truly your Soul Mate ... You could open up to each other and be able to share thoughts, goals and dreams.
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Danger ... With the world inching it's way between you, how do you become
reunited? First, get out of the world. Then you have to give a care
about your mate more than yourself ... Then God does the rest.
1 Corinthians 7:3-4
3 Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence:
and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
4 The wife hath not power of her own body, but the
husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own
body, but the wife.
How to Be Fruitful and Multiply Bible Verse Summary
If you've been under the impression that God created women just to be subservient to men, you've missed the whole concept. He did in fact create you for that ... And as you can see ... A whole lot more. You can either be a stitch in his side, by choosing to believe and follow after the world's suggestions, or you can be what he cherishes most on this Earth. The choice is up to you.
Be Fruitful and Multiply in the Bible Blessing ... Being a woman is a beautiful thing. Don't miss the loveliness of it all by listening to what the world dictates about the way a woman should look, act, feel, or anything else. Find the inner beauty that God has instilled in you, and love it. You are His turtledove. How would you love to know that God thinks of you as His turtledove? I can feel your soul melting! Welcome femininity back into your life. It's a precious blessing that has been defiled by the world. It's up to you to discover the beauty and the Lord's magic of it once again within yourself. Then you can share the Truth of it, with the ones you love.
After partaking of the blessed messages we found within the how to be fruitful and multiply Bible verse, can you feel that little girl inside of you emerging more and more?
Matthew 18:1-4
1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying,
Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?
2 And Jesus called a little child unto Him, and set him in
the midst of them,
3 And said, Verily I say unto you,
Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not
enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little
child, the same is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
We have to learn to be as little children again and replenish our
innocence.
